At HBADA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If your new chair doesn't perfectly support your workspace, our team is here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Disassemble the chair carefully and pack all components, hardware, and manuals back into the original shipping box to ensure the item is protected during transit.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
